About Heath

We are design-led, with the mission of creating products of beauty and integrity, while designing, manufacturing, and running our business in a way that's better for society and our planet. Our products are designed, manufactured, and sold in our two California factories and four showrooms, ensuring accountability in our process, from beginning to end. As a Certified B Corp, we maintain high standards of social responsibility, environmental performance, and transparency. We believe in the benefits of local manufacturing and support a community of people committed to and inspired by the process of designing, making, and sharing. We believe in providing a living wage, full health and welfare benefits, and a place for meaningful work.

Position Summary

At Heath, we make things that last: dinnerware, tile, and home goods crafted by hand in California. Our hospitality program brings that craft to life in restaurants and hotels across the country, where design, food, and community meet.

We’re looking for a builder. Someone who thrives on momentum, loves the pursuit as much as the partnership, and sees possibility everywhere. In this role, you’ll grow Heath’s hospitality channel by guiding the entire sales journey, from spotting new opportunities and sparking conversations to shaping programs, onboarding clients, and tending to relationships that endure. You’ll drive a multi-year growth plan, work with top hospitality teams across the U.S., and partner with our internal teams to make sure Heath shows up in the world with intention and beauty.

If you’re curious, driven, and energized by the idea of seeing Heath on the tables of the country’s best restaurants, we’d love to meet you.

  • Work with Operations and Production to align client needs with inventory, lead times, and production capacity.
  • Track and analyze performance against a three-year revenue plan ($500K in year one; $1M in year two; $1.5M in year three).
  • Use data and market insights to adjust strategy, refine target accounts, and identify emerging opportunities.
  • Represent Heath’s values, craft, and design philosophy in all hospitality-facing interactions.
